Listen In Via Internet
One of the ways Student Radio Initiative broadcasts is through the Internet using Nullsoft’s Shoutcast Technology. To listen you must have a computer with an Internet connection, and some kind of music software (iTunes, Winamp, etc). Once you’ve installed one of these programs, you should merely have to click on the links below to listen.

128 kbps: This is what you want to use if you’ve got some kind of broadband connection like a school network, cable modem, DSL, T3 or T1. Quality is about the same as regular AM or FM radio.

24 kbps: If you’re having trouble with the faster connection, not on the Eau Claire campus, or you’re stuck on a slower connection like a modem, then this is the connection for you. Quality is not as good.

Troubles? If you’ve tried both connections and neither seem to work, check here and see if we’ve got some answers for you. Hopefully we’re able to answer your question there.

Listen In Via Television
If you live in one of the UW - Eau Claire dorms on campus, then you can simply tune in to Channel 75 and listen to the station from there. If channel 75 isn’t a normal channel that you flip through, you may have to reprogram your television by just telling it to scan for the available channels. Have fun listening!
